Cancellation Policy

A  non-refundable deposit of $1500.00 per person is required to lock in and confirm your reservation. Balance of trip cost due 30 days from invoice date. Our cancellation policy is up to 90 days prior to departure.  All payments except for deposits will be refunded or credited for a future trip to be used the following season. Reservations  less deposit can be transferred or sold to another party where applicable. We strongly recommend purchasing cancellation insurance for your trip.
